Red Boots Papier maché clay. 2009. Approx.14"x12"x7" (height/width/depth). The inspiration for this sculpture came from the Grimm Brothers' Sweetheart Roland tale. In the fairy tale the witch is the one who puts on her many league boots that cover one hour's walk at every step.
